Interesting. Some say the Biochar needs to be the size of your little fingernail. I see you have big chunks. I wonder if the Amazonian took the time to crush up the Charcoal. Or was it. They noticed how the plants were growing on their burn piles. And started converting the burn pile areas into gardens.
