Jeff came around to see us for a preliminary meeting. And when they started, there was a massive amount of digging out of soil and in very challenging conditions. The team always seemed rather cheery. So, we got to know the guys quite well. They kept us informed in terms of what they were doing. And over, I say, a very wet winter period, they managed to do the best to try and keep the areas around the doorways as clean and tidy as possible, so that as little was coming into the house as possible. One or two things that we needed to change a little bit. And again, they were able to accommodate that. Well organized, well planned, and well executed.
