Happy Hump Day Herb Day! Mugwort may sound like an ingredient in a witch’s brew, but it has several medicinal properties that make it a great herb to consider adding to your diet! It can be consumed to treat stomach and intestinal issues, decrease the severity of headaches, chills and fever, along with helping with headaches. Mugwort can be consumed in multiple forms including pill, dried leaves, tinctures, and teas, but make sure to avoid it if you’re allergic to ragweed, as it’s related to that family of plants. And always make sure to consult a professional before taking any supplements!
