I love you sharing your home. I enjoy just simple things you do. You may think you’re average but you’re above average. You are a pleasant addition to my life. I don’t expect you to post on a regular basis. I’m sure you’re a very busy woman. I remember what my life was like when I was raising 4 kids. This was a great video. It’s nice to have you share more about yourself and not how you went to Hobby Lobby and bought a cart load. I do watch a couple other you tubers that do that and I don’t always watch their whole videos. I’m a recent widow. I have to watch my money. I don’t have the ability to spend a couple hundred dollars on stuff. I don’t get much out of watching other people do that either. But I will always watch you no matter what your topic is. I’m a big fan!
What I like about your videos that they are refreshing from all the other videos. I look forward to your season updates of your home / porch and your flowers/ flower boxes. First and foremost you need to take care of yourself. Thank you for sharing with us. Just remember that you don’t have to keep up with the Jones because I look forward to your videos!!
I love that so many youtubers are becoming so realistic with their content. I completely agree with you that the "haul" videos are fun to watch but the average person cannot recreate due to budget. I'd love to see videos where you "shop your home" for the changing seasons and repurpose old decor to work in new ways. Can't wait to see the garden come to life! And lastly you look fantastic! I'll be praying for you and your family during this Easter season!🥰 I pray that you find direction for your channel.

Aw, this was a sweet video. I'm so relieved you stopped the Hobby Lobby purchasing and have shifted to simpler things. I don't have the cash to splurge on things for my home. If it doesn't come from the thrift store, I can't afford it. I'm happy for others if they can afford to buy nice things, but it definitely isn't me. Whenever someone uses the term "haul" it bugs me. That word just sounds greedy or excessive to me. I know I'm nit-picking, but I prefer the term "finds". I get lucky and find nice things now and then. God blesses me occasionally with that, and with things I need. But, I have to tell you. Where I live, the thrift store doesn't often have the nicest things. Maybe it's my impression from watching so many videos, but it always seems like people find all sorts of wonderful things and I never see things like that around here! Last, but not least, you are beautiful and sweet. Thanks for being real and honest.
Thank you for not being a Hobby Lobby junkie anymore. Do not mean to sound derogatory but some you tubers just shop shop shop. And that’s fine for them but thats not really content at all. A calm peaceful lifestyle is much more needed than 50% off at Hobby Lobby. A once in awhile shopping trip anyone would enjoy but not when it becomes a lifestyle. But, when you find a nice piece of furniture and redo it… that’s reusing something no one else wanted to do with it besides fill the junkyard with their discarded stuff. So keep up the good work. thank you. 😊
Amy, many of us really prefer the simpler life inspiration. It is so inspiring to see that not everyone thinks that we should spend, spend spend and consume more! Also, I can relate to your weight gain story, and I'm amazed by your discipline, because it is NOT easy to change lifestyle!

Thank you Amy! I for one LOVE that you are not pushing BUY this at this store, content. Kristen Hoffman just did a video talking about not making a lot of $ off of You Tube . You need those sponsors AND viewers to WATCH the ads. Congrats on losing weight. You've got to feel like you have more energy. I have been on that weight loss journey, pretty much my entire life. Focusing on whole foods that provide nutrition, vitamins and minerals my body needs to be healthy, is my goal. HOWEVER< I do not deprive myself of a treat, but control portion. 1 cookie is good, not 3 or 4. LOL! XXOO

Amy I watch every video you put out there (although I don´t comment most of the time). And I just love them – love your personality, your style, your home, your smile and your take on things. Especially that you are not buying Hobby Lobby (and the other big box stores) and then style your home as if it was an other shop. I´m sick of all that consume and waist. And we all must realize: Only the ones with millions of subscribers are making those crazy amounts of money on Youtube. So I get why you and many others are doing sponsored videos and I think it´s not a big deal. I would love more garden and kitchen content from you because these are my passions, too.
