Looks like it's ideal use cases is for either very major soil pests' issues, accidental degrading composting as mentioned or to scarify seeds chemically.

Can you soak micro green in hydrogen peroxide?
Hydrogen peroxide commonly also has stabilisers such as phosphoric acid in the mix. That is NOT a problem as it just becomes phosphate fertiliser, but it will slightly acidify the soil (as does peroxide anyway), or damage the leaf.
The lay of the land in your video reminds me of the west Texas farm where I was raised. We would look forward to approaching rain clouds like those in the background. A good shower today would mean cotton planting in a few days.

I purchased some hyacinth bulbs at a farm store; when I got around to planting them a few days later, one bulb had a moldy growth around the root area so I dipped it in 10% hydrogen peroxide until it quit bubbling then rinsed in clean water and planted – success!
