Very interesting to hear. I've used keiki paste in the past on my Monsteras etc. and it worked perfectly fine. Then I once used it on some of my big Philo gloriosum cutting and all of the new growth points died because of it.

The dark phoenix is really hard to come by!! Good choice ((: and I just got a crystal X mag with that damage … looks like I’ll have to look into flat mite damage on anthuriums now 🙂🙃

I have those same speckles on my A crystallinum, and have been treating it with safers end all. Hopefully the next leaf is speckle free 🤞
