Tips and guides for survival garden planning

So here in the desert (Zone 9a) we’ve already got our survival garden planted for spring. But if you live in cooler climates, now is the time to start planning your garden.

There are quite a few books and guides out there, and it is always better to have them in hard copy. However, there are also some online tools to help you plan your garden.

The one I’ve been using is Seedtime. Seedtime is a gardening/farming app that lets you visually plan your garden in just minutes and with just a few clicks, all based on your local growing area. Click on the link below (or copy and paste in your browser) to check them out.
