I know cold wax medium like Dorland's is a favorite for fixing gouache or even watercolor! And for oil pastels, I've had great luck with decoart duraclear varnish, the matte one! I don't trust sprays for those hahaa

I love seeing you explore other mediums. My favorite page was the oil pastel with the orange. It was simple but I love the colour texture and vibrancy

Use hair spray instead of fixative! Very inexpensive and works really nicely 🙂

If you're looking for a good gouache/watercolor sealant, jacquard dorland's wax medium is a good option. I used it regularly because I use water mediums for birthday and holiday cards and it doesn't affect the paintings in any way and my work place is a very wet place lol

At about 8:20 there is a spread with a pear, a TV, and two characters. The character wearing a green shirt that has blond hair looks like a personified version of the pear, and so I saw it since the other character that's holding that characters face with saying a bruised ego I thought it meant that green shirt was as soft as a pear or that they were quite literally a personified version of a pear. I just wanted to hear my thoughts lol
