My favorite perennial herbs #herbs #garden #homegrown #urbangarden #herbgarden #beginnergardener

My favorite perennial herbs. Did you know that a lot of herbs are perennial? I find that they have a tendency to die when exposed to freezing temperatures or in my case just the opposite, high temperatures consistently above 90F with lots of rain. To mitigate these issues and get your herbs to survive longer, grow them in light weight grow bags. Bring them in doors when its too cold, or move into a shady spot if its too hot.

In this video, I’m sharing my favorite perennial herbs, which you can easily grow in your home garden! These herbs are perfect for beginner gardeners, as they are easy to care for and require very little maintenance.

Whether you’re looking to add a little spice to your meals or just want to enjoy some fresh herbs in your garden, these are the perfect plants for you! Check out this video to learn how to grow these herbs, and start enjoying the benefits of homegrown herbs today!

Some of my favorite perennial herbs include: garlic chives, rosemary, oregano. thyme, sage, parsley, Thai basil. Korean mint (Agastache), common mint, and chives.

  1. Sometimes too much rain will do them in too. I've been trying to make extra herbs by cuttings, so some can stay in pots, just in case.

  2. Live in fl, where should I grow my herbs? Under the shaddy area, they still get damaged by the heat
