  1. I've always viewed you as having a very healthy diet not extreme on one way or the other are you comfortable with sharing the changes you had to make with what you're eating for your health?

  2. Please do not drive the road to Hana on your own. It is a rainforest and there are random mudslides that can close the roads without warning. And many rental car insurance plans dont cover road to Hana. There are also palm trees that drop coconuts so do not go in a corvette.

  3. I'll keep my fingers crossed you're able to make a Hawaii on a budget video. Hawaii is my dream vacation but between being young, in debt, and all the way in Massachusetts it seems like too big of an expense to make it happen anytime soon.

  4. I like your fitness content. I just turned 40 and I want to both get in shape an lose weight. I'm trying to be more active and encourage my kids to be, too. I watch all your content, so I do watch your dollar tree videos but I don't pay as much attention to them because I don't have one nearby. I still get ideas from them.

  5. I’ll watch a fitness video over a dollar tree ANY DAY. I’d love some more fitness content if you’re willing!

  6. Did you frugal-ly acquire all that exercise equipment? Or was that a splurge? I am wanting to start a home gym in my next home but it’s so daunting with the prices of workout machines.

  7. My family did the drive to Hana in a van! My dad drove. It was a bit nerve wracking but worth it. This was 20 years ago but I remember well. I was Hailey’s age when I went! Definitely take Dramamine and those motion sickness bracelets. Bring your lunch and eat there it’s amazing.

  8. Your fitness videos and Podcasts are what inspired me to sign up for my first race. Trained for 3 months and ran my first 10K race with another one coming up in April. Ran 10 miles for the first time Sunday. Thanks!

  9. Pausing the video to say thank you for talking about balancing saving and actually living. I'm 34, hubby is 37. We have 8 kids, oldest just turned 18. We live about $10k/year under the poverty level for our family size. We have worked really hard and are 100% debt free including the house. Now, we're starting to enjoy life a little bit. We're taking a vacation this year plus taking our oldest on a "senior trip" (he's home schooled) with just me, hubby, and him. Traveling even on a budget isn't cheap and it's so hard for me to spend money after saving so strictly for my entire life. I really needed the reminder that balance is a good thing. And I keep repeating to myself, "this is why we're frugal."

  10. You and your girl! Goals! 🥰😘❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  11. It’s funny how you mention how you and your daughter are so close because I always spoke to my daughters the same way and they are my two best friends. Besides, my husband, of course.

  12. One, I like you. You're someone i could be friends with. Two. You've done a great job raising your daughter. Three, I would think you and your husband would be awesome speakers at a marriage conference. God bless your journey.

  13. Glad to see you training your pup and incorporating “touch”. Not only is this great fo General recall, but if ever you became visually impaired for whatever reason touch is the best way to find where your dog is.

  14. I’ve gone to Kaui for several years. I always used Rent-a-wreck for my car rental. Dirt cheap. They are beaters that worked just great and was not worried about the cars. Plus we would just blend in with the locals. So it was win/win. Have fun

  15. My husband and I were able to retire at 55 thanks to some good planning and a small inheritance. We know too many people who kept working and then never got to enjoy retirement. It has been 15 years and we are still enjoying ourselves and our family. If you can afford to retire don't put it off.

  16. Love that you used one of my questions!!
Also…Maui is amazing! My family loved it!
My sister-in-law and I did a tour where we road a mountain bike down the side of the mountain. (Not sure if you can do yourself) I’m deathly afraid of heights. But it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!! Would 100% do it again! Just an idea for you. 😁

  17. I'm sorry if this ⁉️ is evasive I seriously don't know, yes I goggled it ? Didn't get far there either so I thought asking your personally might help since you'd know the answer ,what does tldr mean?. 🤔

  18. For the road to Hanna- take a lot of bottled water and a bag of candied ginger. Great for any nausea on the twisty turny Hanna road. Breathtaking, one lane in some parts but worth the very long drive. Also leave a bit of time to take a dip in one of the waterfall fed pools along the way. Pack a picnic lunch to enjoy at the very top.

  19. It breaks my heart to think people would be mean to anyone’s children to the point you describe. I think there are a lot of young mothers who could relate to you and who need to see other moms like you interact with their children and take care of their families so the fact you had to pull your videos down is really sad, but I totally understand.

  20. Being a single mom to 3 teenage boys is too hard on me. My husband was severely injured on the job by taking a really nasty fall and he hit his head. He had to have emergency brain surgery on 6/24/22 and he is now in rehab in Paramount Ca. He can’t walk, talk, eat, dress himself, take care of himself and he can’t come home. I have been alone for 9 months and sometimes I go to bed crying.

  21. I have two boys and one girl, but she is the youngest. I live in California and she and her husband along with my only two grandkids live in South Carolina. 😢

  22. Loved reading Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby Van Pelt ( her first book ) was
good. Then i discovered and watched My Octopus Teacher documentary…amazing!
