  1. To be honest, this house feels a little disjointed. The house is very traditional and would likely attract someone who wants that classic European-style mansion. But then you match it with a Japanese style garden? Seems like you would have better luck finding the right buyer with a traditional European style garden or an Asian-themed decor in the house instead of mish-mashing the two completely different styles together in one property. Hopefully whoever buys it doesn't spend all their money on the house because the gardening costs to maintain that Japanese garden must be huge!
