Are you going to put caladiums out front?
I heard that as long as you keep your plants outside, as long as you keep them watered they will tolerate the heat. They need partial shade.

Oh…how I miss South Carolina which is a couple hours away from you where I lived. Missed getting an early tan in January sometimes…….loved the weather! Is your back deck screened in or open and just covered? I remember having to hose it off daily because of the pine pollen……ugh! I loved being outdoors there as much as I could. Now, living in Ohio it's a lot colder here :(( The plants will grow huge outdoors with all that humidity and all. I have to wait till May here! Love your background setting with the geese, trees and river flowing through…….what a view! Glad you enjoyed a beautiful day there!

I am SO jealous you can start putting plants outside. I live in North Iowa, currently awaiting a winter storm bringing 7" of snow, so I have months yet before I can even think of putting my plants outside. Thanks for letting me live vicariously through you lol Also the new hair looks great, really brings out the color of your eyes Imo also Last summer I put my tineke in full south sun ( after acclimating it ofc ) and it literally almost doubled in size. Acclimate it and put it in full sun, it'll reward you 🙂
What has your experience been with growing elephant ear bulbs? I've been seeing them at box stores and am really inclined to get one to try out lol

It's so awesome that your plants can already be placed outside!:) If you do Outdoor planting maybe think about plants that are native to your region and insect-friendly. I Just have a very small balcony but it's so nice to be visited by Bumblebees, Butterflies and bees in the summer ☺️
