    🙌🏾🙌🏿🙌🏽Great tips, but if I my, #6(bonus) should have been #1 I am a substitute teacher and I am, let's just, not a spring chicken and I love what I do. It truly is hard for me to get up in the morning if I have an assignment more than 2 or 3 days in a row, remember, I am a substitute teacher, but I pray that The Lord allows me to do this for many more years, because I truly enjoy interacting, receiving from and giving advice to our young children.     My motto is I will not dress like my grandma nor my mom. I just turn 61 in January and I came to the realization, that oh heck my life is more than halfway over. I am retired and not having hobbies other than my love for fashion (which I can't afford now), is a missing link in my life because of injuries in 2020 I stopped doing all activities. I have to say no to this point because my mom refuses to accept assistance for certified caregivers and had me running everyday to get supplies and come by and feed her because she had a major stroke back in 2008 and it left her paralized on left side. I just this year had to throw up my hand and decided since she want to run things let her but she not running me. So, it not the way I would want for her but she abusive and I don't have to keep pullng her out from the deep end because she could end up drowning me. Been in the hospital twice and both was from over abundance of stress. So I am let go and let God but I still there but in a much lesser compacity. I got nothing for you when it come to growing old gracefully because I'm just going with the flow. Thanks for sharing and blessings to you and all in the days to come.

    This is exactly what I needed to hear! I’m 45… which I still can’t believe🙂 but I notice I’m starting to question if I can do certain things because of my age. I have to remind myself as long as I’m here I can try something new. That and … I’m not that old!😂😂

    Angela, have you ever had to deal with great grief, that it feels and looks(to me) like I have aged, I'm 55 yrs old. I lost my mother a year ago from covid pneumonia and it's been really hard on me since she was my last living relative (It's me and my 3 kids and 4 grandchildren left). I guess I am looking for the peace and love of life that you project from your own life and experiences. I'm tired of being sad a lot and you have hit on things on this video that I have and still go through. I love the Lord, I believe in Jesus and the Holy Spirit. I'm just so sad. I have been wronged in so many ways living where I am at, and my mother was my earthly rock. Jesus is my Heavenly rock as well, but i just don't feel like I have the spiritual strength anymore as well. Just wondering if you ever thought of doing a vlog on depression, grief, sadness or spiritual exhaustion. Ty in advance

    Oh my, Angela – you are truly a treasure. So beautiful, strong and proud, just like Angela Basset. It’s a joy to watch. Listen, I hope I will get the chance to turn your age ten years from now. I recently survived cancer and I know I’m blessed, and now everytime I hear someone complaining about getting old I can’t help but thinking “gosh, I hope I will get old”. Now I’m certainly not saying you are complaining, because you’re far from that. It’s just something I would add to a list like that: being grateful for each day I got older, because not everybody gets the chance to get old in the first place.
