Hi Shaheedah, how do I go about finding a good realestate agent that happens to be black? I just had a bad experience with a racist realtor.She kept trying to figure out my race and my race has nothing to do with my ability to purchase a home.She litterly started naming different racial group to guess my racial background.She made me uncomfortable and I just don't want to be bothered with that so I will work with some from my own community so I more than likely won't have deal with the foolishness.My income is good my fico is just a few point from700 and my DTI is 15 per.I have savings.I just want the right home and I need someone supportive and patient.

When should an Appraisal be conducted by a Structural Engineer?
It's a very good idea if people get to setup some stuffs aside for themselves that could be bringing them money apart from there businesses.

What happens if a new home still under construction is appraised by an appraiser for the bank?
Does an appraised value have to do with the market value if your home value has increased since you bought your home.
How can someone appraised a home still under construction and walls are not up yet and work is still being done inside.
People were going with Investors and getting top dollar for their homes so they wouldn't have to drop anything in price. Investors will pay up, so they say.
There needs to be an association for black appraisers because we really do need access to unbiased data focused black appraisers!!
