The Spring Garden Planting Out Onions 2023

Today we are planting out onions from seed that we multi sowed. We grow onions from seed because it is the cheapest way to grow onions and onions from seed have less disease problems than onions from sets.

Welcome to the No Dig Norfolk Gardener and our no dig/no till garden where we grow vegetables. We garden in zone 9a. Although we grow our veg from our back garden it is very much set up like allotment gardening UK – allotment life. Our passion is vegetable gardening, bigger harvests and no dig gardening. You will see how growing your own food is so easy.

Growing onions is easy and you can have an abundant amount of onions for only a few pounds.

  1. Hi Barry
Great video about the onions. How far apart have you planted each module & what is the distance between rows?
