    Maria and Beau I kn u guys always do things for ur friends and family ,it wld be soo cool if u wld surprise ur brother and his wife with a kitchen remodel iv been seeing where ppl do things like that or vehicle ,but i think ur sister in law wld love a new kitchen every lady loves it just tht I give u a idea ,like send them to a week vacation like a somewhere dosent hv to be extravagant and ppl get the house done by the time they get back do it maria and Beau, fir them I love ur brothers family gabby is soo special

    I’d recommend to do all landscaping once the pool is finished. That way ur landscaping doesn’t risk getting damaged

    I think when you guys were building your home you should've made 2 more rooms. 1 if you had another baby which you did. And a guest room for an extra room which you guys can afford

    Maria I feel you on living by the beach. Check out Oxnard shores in Ventura county. The beach properties are not expensive
