In this video we will be harvesting some of the crops which you would have seen in my Backyard Garden Tour video. Every harvest is an event to be celebrated and it is of course the moment in which we see the results of our sweat as gardeners.
This harvest is a very Trini one in that there was so many massive ochro! We Trinis can eat ochro in any way shape or form from fry ochro to in soup to ochro rice. That may be what I do with these!
