So I have been buying smart pots from you for several years! I love them, I especially love the ones with handles makes it way easier to move them! My favorite is the bigger smart pots!! I have both your books and many seed packets from you!! I started learning how to garden from you CaliKim! I absolutely LOVE Cilantro I think that's crazy people think it tastes like soap!! Yummy really enhances a meal!!
I learned again from you in this episode about planting Nasturtiums around your garden bed and that they are edible! Also if your temp gets down to 40 you can use a frost cover to protect them!! Also Vermisterra is awesome using the worm castings and worm casting tea and Good Dirts Plant food is great nutrition for your garden and provides enough Nitrogen to help them grow!!

It will fun to watch how that grows. I wouldnāt have know to plant the onions shallow, so thatās what I learned. Also have struggled with cilantro staying cilantro and didnāt realize that itās more of a cool weather. Thanks!

I learned how to plant cilantro with seeds and transplants to extend its growing season.
Please show an update when it is all filled in. š Also, I love cilantro. What do you use to keep the pot warm on the really chilly nights? I went ahead and planted some cilantro seeds (and parsley, carrots, beets, snap peas, lettuce) outside in a raised bed and they have not sprouted yet but tonight is supposed to get into the 20s. Would it help to cover the bed with a blanket? Maybe no need if they haven't sprouted yet?

Interesting which plants need to be separated or not before transplanting. Looks like tomatoes yes, but onions, cilantro, and peppers can stay in pretty tight groups. I bought onion sets this year for the first time. Any ideas on those in this sort of setup?

Love cilantro but nearly impossible to grow here in SW Florida. Maybe Iāll try inside as temp will stay ~ 80 degrees. Weāre mid 80ās and itās February! š±

I canāt wait to start planting outdoors. Our temps are so up and down in NW Arkansas- Wednesday, it reached 77 degrees but yesterday, only 28!!
