Miss Kaye. What size is that pressure cooker/canner ?
An amazing presentation and holding up of that book 🤣 Theresa held it more perfectly than an easel.
Great job! I love canning sweet potatoes and they taste so good!
Hello m'lovely & Teresa too. Very cute what you've done with your hair today. Looks Dutch. I'm curious what your canning storage looks like. My dad was the architect of our house & he designed a 4×4 storage under the front porch for our canned goodies. It was part of the concrete foundation, & kept things cool year round. I enjoy watching you work it & your thought process, & seeing the smile on your face doesn't hurt either. It puts one on my face, which I think we should all do. See you again. 🤓💪⛵🇺🇸
Another job well done! I do believe you have an All American No. 910 canner, so yes, it will hold 7 regular mouth pint jars – the wide mouth jars take up more space – and 4 regular mouth quart jars. This is a great canner for small batches. I have the 915 model that holds 10 regular mouth pints, and 7 regular mouth quart jars. Now that I have a much larger garden, I will most likely invest in a 23 qt Presto at some point, so I can process more at one canning session.
Hello, very good job done,,mmmm! Oh I do love sweet potatoes, its so satisfying watching, very relaxing too.well done kaye 😌 thankyou ladies, xx
Hi Kaye, hope you had a great birthday! You should be a pro at canning now, Teresa is a great teacher!
I love how you 2 work together and all the newbie questions you have makes it much more informative. Questions all of us newbies would have. Thank you for a great video.
Another one I plan to do..This will be great prep work for holiday meals
Does your friend Theresa have a vlog
I can watch more of these series. Love it. How come some of the rings look like it is loose when you grab out of the Presto . Shouldn’t we hear it click or pop? Did it pop at all?
Do you make sure all your jars have sealed before leaving them in the canner all nite?
Lovely – and all I could think of when looking at your hairstyle was Melanie Hamilton in Gone With the Wind 😊
Kay you are fast becoming a canning expert. You are lucky to have Theresa's canning expertise to direct you.
Seriously sweet looking sweet potatoes 👌🏻
Beautiful colors!!
Love, love, love this canning series!
Theresa will have to come back during harvest time and help with some more canning.
I didn't even realize there was multi-colored as even though grandma grew them they were only the traditional. I always see you with tea. My favorites are Chamomile and Earl Grey.
