Caption reading test: plant is Peperomia obtusifolia variegata. I’ve had it for 4 years. The plant sits right up against this shaded south facing window obstructed by some buildings. Watering thoroughly and gently loosening the soil (hence the chopstick) whenever it is completely dry.
