It’s cold again and there is even a bit of snow. But that doesn’t stop us from planting many shrubs for our future natural edible hedge. We would like to have privacy in our permaculture garden so having a thick hedge is a priority for us. It will be a long process of course. We also need to clear parts of the property and we started pruning the trees in our fruit orchard.
