How to Plan a New Garden Space | Raised Bed Gardening | The1880Cottage

Welcome, welcome! Thank you for being here! In today’s video I am starting to plan out my new cottage garden space in the backyard of my lovely 1880 Cottage I bought a couple of months ago. Right now it’s mid January but I need to plan and build raised beds so I’m hoping to get those done soon so I can do some late winter gardening and for sure spring gardening using row covers to get an earlier start to the season! In my previous video I showed you this space and a tag for that will be above in the cards in the upper right hand side of the screen. Today I’m mapping it out after I did measurements and figure out how many raised beds I can fit. Grab a coffee, relax with me as we daydream and draw and figure things out. I also share tips I’ve learned over the years on how to space plan a garden!

  1. Glorious and fun! I'm imaging a little place saved for a kitchen herb bed. It's going to be so much fun! I can hardly wait to see things unfold. Hope all is well. Love ya….me!
