Container Garden 07/09/17

We’re still having wifi issues so this video is a bit scrappy as it’s a combination of clips recorded over the past 7 weeks but didn’t quite make it into a proper video on time due to ongoing tech issues.
There’s a general update – some peas I’m surprised grew at all as I planted them so late, a brief look at two of the bigger worm bins and we got our Christmas potatoes planted in wood chip 🙂
I apologize in advance for the scrappiness but I hope you enjoy – thanks for watching.

  1. You are welcome my friend. I just took off my last two zucchinis today and even after all the rain and humid weather I did not get powdery mildew until today. Funny as I just got a 32 gallon can of wind blown apples from an orchard I didn't even know we had here. It appears he gets Apple root balls from Syberia and splices apple trees into them. My worms will have food all winter. Missed you.

  2. Great to see you back. Your granddaughter is a little sweetie. Thanks for the smile. Stop making videos and your subs go up. Have a great afternoon. Best wishes Bob.

  3. Welcome back! That's exactly what I'll be doing with my granddaughter in the future but I will be needing a house with a garden first hehe… Love it how involved she gets and how interested she is! You're a wonderful grandad! Thank you for the upload! Have a great weekend!

  4. Hi mate, great to see you back. Your granddaughter really enjoyed helping you with your potatoes. Good luck with growing your Christmas spuds. I’ve got some in a bucket in the greenhouse but don’t know if I’ll get enough light through the autumn to grow them successfully. Sorry that you got powdery mildew but sounds like bicarb helps. Nice salad and peas. Good use of your neighbour’s windfall apples. Take care. Nick
