    Body only absorbs 4 oz of water than rest goes to your bladder. At night – Baking soda and a bit of lemon juice to activate it then 4 oz water. Will do wonders for your kidneys. Minerals… Keep doing AG1 as well first thing in am.
    I also take tsp of pink himalayan salt dissoled in water with some honey – alot better than liquid IV because that has cyanocobalamin (b12) which is a synthetic and has cyanide in it. Most vitamin drinks have it andnot is bad. Look for the natural b12 which is methylcobalamin.

    I have an eye ring, well actually a rod not ring ..that I've had in for almost 20yrs…pierced my own ears at 15, no ice or anything, just stuck posts right through lol..and upper ear pierced..never had the nose ring though.. I thought I'd be messing with it all the time lol

    So I know I'm behind on watching this video , but I watched PLFL video and wow this person is a psycho. I can't believe anyone would dedicate there life to do this to strangers. I have never seen a video from this channel but I'm subscribed as of this morning. Thanks for letting us in on what's going on. This just blows my mind.

    Just watch Pure Living's video…my heart hurts and my mind is struggling to understand that person who started it and those who played into are sick and insane! I followed Good Simple Living but have unsubbed from them after finding out. I mean why would you go into a hate group to promote your channel 🤦‍♀️ I can't understand and then allow yourself to get wrapped up as a creator without knowing the truth and then still be on the defensive when you're called on it. I'm hoping they'll talk to PL4L and make things right. I really pray these people are caught, and prosecuted and things will change legally against this kind of terrorism.

    Jason the long term watchers, don't care how random y'all are, we watch anyway! best breakfast burritos are homemade. Garden fabric and you can garden without the weeding. Use cattle panels to create fence for tomatoes to grow up.
