it’s crunch time on the flip! We’re finishing up tiling, planted all the trees, almost finished the kitchen, and matt finally sees the house for the first time in years! I’m so excited about this house flip and I can’t believe we’ve been working on it for over a year now, but it’s ALMOST done!

    Please do a video on how much everything did cost you, what you learned, what you would do again/not do again for a future project, what you would change etc! I feel like it'd be very helpful for people who might want to even buy/build their first property ever, not even as an investment! I'm almost 26 and I feel like I could learn a thing or two, even though I live in Europe. The house looks amazing Tiffany! Hope the staging went well! 😍🥰

    I am wondering why you are like… painting the bathroom a dark color and putting these stylized fixtures in if you are not going to be the home owner. Don't get me wrong, it is gorgeous, and I love your style. However, if you are not going to be the home owner, wouldn't it be more cost effective to use cheaper fixtures that the home owner can replace and they can paint the walls a color if they want?

    coming from someone who lives in a hotter climate, is there a reason you guys didn't decide to put ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living room, etc.? i love homes that have them bc they give the rooms a homie feel. just curious, but i understand in LA, to sell, you want quality fixtures and designs
