If you are looking for a piece of riverfront land that offers made-for-adventure landscapes, outstanding location, and a local community that feels more like a family, this 2+/- acre lot in Kingfield, ME is tailor-made for you! Located only 4 miles from downtown Kingfield and 15 minutes from the base lodge at Sugarloaf Mountain, lot 12-1 sits at the epicenter of fun. Access to the 215-acre Kingfield Community Forest is minutes way, a stunning WATERFALL (Jericho Steps Falls) that cascades into small plunge pools is directly across the street, thousands of miles of Maine’s Interconnected Trail System (ITS) surround this land, there are over 55 miles of ATV trails maintained by the Kingfield Quad Runners ATV Club just up the road, and you’ll find over 5 miles of hand and machine constructed mountain bike trails for riding at the nearby Freeman Ridge Bike Park. The list could go on and on, but the point is that this piece of land is a hotspot for four-season outdoor recreation. With 583’ of waterfront on the Carrabassett River and 583’ of frontage on Route 27, this land is equal parts accessible and scenic. This gorgeous lot has already been landscaped, surveyed, and has an approved soil test/septic design on file if you are looking to build. There is power at the road, a driveway with deeded access has already been laid. It is no surprise that Kingfield, Maine was once named “one of the greatest places left for living, visiting, and playing in the United States” — it’s got rural character, four-season opportunities for recreation, and a proud community of year-round residents living in “one of the most beautifully preserved ski towns east of Aspen”. It’s also no surprise, then, that pieces of land like this one don’t often come up for sale in Kingfield and that, when they do, they sell quick! Don’t wait on this one. 3. this 2acre+ lot is the most expensive so far if not mistaken in all of your videos……. the owner of this lot is crazy with his/her pricing LOL

  4. My wife and I have been watching your videos for awhile. We will be picking up some land for homesteading.

The property is beautiful! Price I have to say is insane.

Keep up the good work though with posting amazing properties.

  5. Everyone is commenting about the price. It sounds high but just the cost of cutting the driveway in and hauling stone to build a base is HUGE MONEY. Then consider the fact hat there’s over 500’ of river frontage… over 100’ of brook frontage… and a world class ski resort only minutes away. A granite train bridge… Then there’s the waterfall…. A couple of rental cabins would rake in thousands of dollars per year here… 95k isn’t $hit. I wish I could buy it.

  6. Awesome property! Lots of places to snowshoe. Old railroad properties are very cool. That tree is definitely a good 300 years old. Thank you Spencer, Chili, & Stump for the tour!😊

  7. Amazing lot. The road frontage is a bummer on a beautiful rural property like this though. I guess it's true what they say: you can't have everything.

  8. Spencer thank you, we love the lot and your videos with da Boyz! Question, what's the yellow knife handle looking piece on the map, at end of the red square?
