All-you-can-eat the finest Japanese raw bluefin tuna made right in front of you by sushi chefs!

I visited Sushi YAMAKEN Shinjuku East Exit Branch in Kabukicho, Shinjuku, Tokyo.
It is a restaurant where you can eat all-you-can-eat Japanese fresh tuna.
This time, we ordered the all-you-can-eat raw bluefin tuna nigiri course (16 dishes + all-you-can-eat) for 6,999 yen (tax included) with one drink order required.
The 16 items alternated between nigiri and kappo dishes, including “otoro”, “chutoro”, “akami”, “marinated”, and “torotaku maki” made from Japanese fresh bluefin tuna.
You can eat all the tuna you want when the miso soup of the course is served. It is a two-hour course with a last order of 90 minutes.
The pace of serving dishes is fast, so you will have plenty of time to enjoy all-you-can-eat tuna after the course meal is over.
To order all-you-can-eat tuna, order how many pieces of nigiri (hand-rolled sushi), how many servings of sashimi, and how many maki (rolls). You cannot choose the part of the tuna.
The tuna is fresh and very tasty, and the all-you-can-eat price is very reasonable.
The interior is modern and stylish.
You can sit at the counter and watch the chefs prepare the tuna right in front of you, so you can enjoy it with your eyes.
