  1. Everything looks great. I grew the gray zucchini last year and they did great! Very productive and a beautiful plant and fruit. Tasted great too. Good luck with this coming year’s harvest.

  2. Have grown the moon and stars watermelon. They produce great, melons are plentiful and good size and taste. It's an heirloom

  3. I've already ordered seeds for the year so I'll see how your seeds do. Maybe next year I can try these also. Good luck with the garden this year.

  4. Awesome seeds!!! I'm excited to see how they do for you! I'm already set for seeds for the year, but in the future I'll keep them in mind!

  5. My goodness…It looks like they raided my seed stash, when they sent this to you. Between both bags, I have almost everything in seeds, or already growing..I think I will pat myself on the back 😆😆🤣🤣

  6. Greetings from East Texas! Hey Neighbor! I’ve missed you. Finally home from the Hospital and creeping around. I was just pouring through my Baker Creek Catalog last night. Getting to check the Link. Blessings to you my Friend

  7. Those seeds look awesome. I can’t wait to see an update. ❤ I have more seeds than I know what to do with and I just started a carnivore diet 🤣🤣

  8. I ordered the plastic bucket that contains all of the seed collections back in the summer. Opening it felt like Christmas morning. I'm in Anderson County, not too far from you.

  9. I got the biggest box of those just before Christmas. The price worked out to less than $1 a packet after the discount I used, including shipping! The bucket they came in is already proving very useful for storing the bulk seeds I have sealed into mylar bags. I have not yet done any germination rate testing, but I did peek inside of some of the envelopes and the seeds look to be whole, undamaged, and "good" as far as a viable appearance. They don't smell of mold or anything. I keep my seeds organized into those big plastic photo cases (saw them on Roots and Refuge a while back and loved them ever since!). I'm probably going to order both of the smaller collections soon because each collection has different varieties from the others. For the price it is a whomping DEAL! I seed save, so having those in the garden at various times will almost assure that I have everlasting seeds, all being open pollinated and/or heirloom.
    Love and hugs!

  10. Most of the seeds will do here except maybe the Walla Walla onions cause they r long day onions and we have to do either short day or day neutral

  11. What a great deal, getting all those seeds in one packaged, you can't go wrong. Thank you for making this video Jill. 🙂

  12. I ordered 2 collections. Homestead and Apartment. I'm going to make a gift basket for a local pregnancy center fundraiser/auction. The Apartment one will go in it. So few folks around me have the land that I have. But more and more, folks see costs at the store and are willing to put a pot on the patio.

  13. I've grew the gray squash this past summer. The seeds weren't from Survival, but I really liked the squash. I'll be growing them again this year. I saw that guaranteed to grow and thought, they oughta send me some seeds. I don't get much to grow, ha! I'm curious to see how well all those seeds grow in our temperatures. Tomato and pepper starting is right upon us. I may plant some more beets. I may use my Greenstalk for herbs this year. I planted my celery starts in there last year, and oh yeah, they didn't produce. I love seed hauls! Have a great day!!! Vickie.

  14. I've used National Pickling Cucumber in the past, not this year as I don't think I need to put up more pickles this year. They are exactly as described in their name and pickle well. I've had to keep an eye out for mildew with them. I'm further east than you and a bit more humid. So you may not need to worry as much. I'm trying to use up all my stockpile of seeds this year and not buy new. I'm sorely tempted by your seed haul as I love "packages". Anyway, good luck with your spring garden!

  15. That's a great cost per packet. My wife will think I've gone crazy with all the seeds I currently have stored. My 2nd year gardening I tried a lot of different varieties. Some grew well and produced, but weren't something we regularly ate. These last 4 years I've only grown what we regularly eat and preserve. But, keeping a seed vault renewed each year or two is always a good thing!

  16. I am in Cameron Tx, We Grew the Lemon Cucumbers and if not careful will over whelm you with fruit , but Ninette found a use for the many besides eating and pickling , she also made drink it was very refreshing in the hot summer heat ,. Thanks for info as we want to get some seeds and sounds like a great seed company . Thanks again . Plus seems like they are geared for our areas.

  17. I've tried both kinds of kale. The blue leaf kale yields way more. I think it tastes better too. I may try this seed company. Thanks!

  18. Hi Jill, thanks for sharing. I immediately purchased the Apartment kit as I have very little yard or patio space. I may need advice from you soon.

  19. Jill, I have used seeds from Survival and have never been disappointed. Germination has been awesome. I hope these work as well for you as they have for me! ❤️

  20. Have grown the majority of those seed. The watermelon radish we grow for the tops to cook like greens, radish is quite spicy but roasts well. The national pickling g cucumber makes the best pickles. They don't get really big and we also liked them as slicers. Didn't care for the lemon cucumber.

  21. Ms Jill, we have not used that company, but I like the variety that they sent! I think we will have to see what they have! Thank you for sharing this! God bless!

  22. Not only are they a great bargain with a wide variety, they are heirlooms so saving seeds can stretch your dollars spent a whole lot farther 👏🏼
