  1. It's great to see you and to hear what you've been up to. So glad you took some time for self-care. And I'm looking forward to new videos, of course. 😀

  2. I had the same problem as you, I bought soooo many art supplies last year. I’ve decided I’m doing a no buy art supplies this year, unless I need a replacement, so I can do my final push towards my savings so I can convert my garage into my art studio. Let’s see how I do. 😊

  3. Glad to see your back and happy for you that you took the time you needed. We always need to step back sometimes and just take a break. Looking forward to new videos. I totally need to get a side hustle lol or any hustle really lol We totally need a other peoples junk is my treasure tour lol

  4. So nice to see your face again❤ I hope you had a good rest over the holidays. We definitely need to take some time away from YT every now and then.

  5. Welcome back! Looking forward to what you have planned this year. Wishing you all the extra time you need for all the things you want to do 💕

  6. Happy New Year to you and your family! I so needed this video as we are having a horrific start to the new year, a close family member sadly passed away last week, so everyone's really down right now, but your video's bring some sunshine to my dark day so thank you for that! I think you need to do what's best for you, and going to 1 video a week is better than none in my eyes 🙂 the Lume photo's where incredible!! and them gardens soooo beautiful, good luck on your side hustle also, one mans junk is another mans treasure as they say 😀

  7. O wow, that is just an awesome resolution. Thank you for this. Looking forward to it!

  8. Lovely photos! Glad you’re taking time this year to slow down and focus on you. No better investment.

  9. Hi, Becky – sooo good to see you and to know that you really have rested and been out to do things you love!

As for weekly videos, yes – and about time, too! I know that you love making videos, and have so many ideas for them, but it's far too draining to be spending so much time on us, and leaving nothing for yourself. I know I spend quite a lot of time recommending the artists I follow to take more time for self-care, and hear far too many confessing to feeling worn / burnt out.

The Monet exhibition? < envy !!!> I went to one at the Tate in London years ago, and would love to go again. I really do miss the art shows and accessibility to music and galleries!

Also <envy> for your hard goods pick-ups. I also miss charity shops for good second hand clothes and places to pick up things like your cabinet. They just don't seem to exist here. There's a big warehouse sort of place run by a charity, but the vast majority of the furniture is very old, very big and very heavy stuff. Oops – sounds like a grumble, but it's more a sort of occasional low-key frustration. <laughs at self>

Go gently, both of you, this year, so that you have time to really enjoy being alive. I hope the Greek trip does work out. It'll be wonderful for you both to see 'Grannie', as well as to take time to see more of Greece.

Emojis not working again (I wish I knew why!!!!!), so in this gap _____ , there's a happy smile from me to you.

  10. Wow! Welcome Back!! The water gardens are beautiful ❤ You’re an amazing artist and photographer 😊

  11. Juuuhuuu happy New Year…. love you always.. stay healthy and happy!

  12. I was worrying a little because of your huge purchases last year. So glad that you see it yourself and try to do it a other way. Small amount of minimalism would be good for your life. More Fitness is very good. Try to get weight loss. Lost 30 kilogram the Last years with counting calories. Only way to be successful. Wish you luck to get more fit.

  13. I love seeing your beautiful smile instead of your hands. I really like watching you make art much better than the art hauls. Tfs

  14. I’ve got a few Michael Harding watercolors and they are amazing! I have 4 spaces left on my palette but I want more than that!
