  1. Chickens looking good. Your juicer is the easiest kind to use. You can also use the veg matter in making muffins. Need to try making crackers. Thanks for the video.

  2. Teri can you tell us more about that particular type of juicer pl? Masticating juicer is very different from mine…is it like the wheat grass juicer?

  3. Thanks Terri I enjoy oat meal.will keep all you said .not like certain cereals anymore. Only shredded wheat which I can add Honey.

  4. Another wonderful video!
It feels like having a cup of coffee, with a friend!
Many blessings, to you and yours!

  5. Thank you Terri always full of good ideas , I really do appreciate all your recipes. Much love 💖⭐💖

  6. Fabulous 🧚 I’m so happy I stumbled upon your channel, I love it, and look forward to your videos, amazing 🙏

  7. Oh wow, what a great video. I am in dire need of sorting my diet out! Thank you for the advice. I really do hope you can do further videos like this one. Happy New Year😘🥰

  8. I’ve been focused on greens( vitamin K) that contribute to bone density health. Kale is rated as the highest in K2 for commonly available greens. When you mentioned nettles for juicing, I’m now wondering how it compares to kale in K2 levels? Off to do some research on that….😊.

  9. Happy New Year Terri! Looking forward to another year of educational, inspiring and comforting videos from you 🙂 I hope you had a wonderful women’s Christmas. Thank you for sharing all of your knowledge. Many blessings to you both for 2023. 💗

  10. Enjoyed this like I enjoy all your other videos. My main resolution is to use up what I have already, whether it's food or other items., before buying new things. I'm trying to also only get what I need instead up buying things willy-nilly. So far, it's been good. I'm spending much less at the farmers market or supermarket because I already have so much in the freezer. (I love going to my farmers market, I'm there just about every week). Right now I am dehydrating peach bits I had in the freezer so I can use them in oatmeal or when making tea. Many blessings to you for an abundant and fruitful year.

  11. Your videos are so inspiring. I've hemmed and hawed over juicers for years… not anymore! ❤ Thank you for the tips!

  12. Thank you Terri and Happy New Year 🎉 I hope you had a Wonderful Women’s Christmas 🎄 on January 6th 🎄💕 Thank you for this Beautiful film and for inspiring all of us to eat and drink healthier for the New Year. Today I almost had a “diet soda”, but then decided against it in favor of something healthy. It felt good to not drink that “stuff”. Many Blessings to you always 💕💕💕

  13. Thanks for another great video! I wanted to really focus on diet with the new year and this is very inspiring 💜

  14. Mc cann's irish import steel cut oats my favorite with raw chopped almonds dash of butter/maple syrup. Raisins during cook. One of 2 meals a day. You are radient so it is working. Xoxoxo

  15. Oh you will love that Ottolenghi book Simple. I cook his Spiced Cherry Tomato sauce with the ancho chilli very regularly. It's so versatile and ridiculously easy. I replace the pasta with rice or buckwheat noodles or even just as a dip or sauce on other dishes. The ancho chilli is a wonderfully smoky dried chill, with mild heat. I order mine online through a local herb shop. So many wonderful recipes to discover!

  16. Yummy! We used to juice a lot ….thanks for the reminder….we must start again!! I make a lovely savoury oatmeal breakfast that I found in Seamus Mullen’s cookbook called Real Food Heals! I didn’t think that it would appeal to me, however it has become our favorite late breakfast! Thanks for the lovely vlog!

  17. Wonderful ideas for veggies to juice! Now we have winter with snow in Alberta, Canada but I do have a few store veggies I can juice. Thanks for sharing your great knowledge of nutrition. I do have oat grass & wondered how to use the. Blessings to your family 🤗💜🇨🇦

  18. Yummy. Sure wish I could go out in January and pick veg. Hoping all had a wonderful Yule. We welcome back the Sun, the light, the warmth and the escape from darkness.

  19. I juiced the whole time I had cancer. And still do, on and off. My juicer is similar to yours
I love oats & barley! What do you serve yours with at breakfast?

  20. Hi Terry and happy New Year. Are you able to grow your garden all year long? Or do you use the ground as a root seller and then just pull up What you need? I noticed that you have some green grass and leaves on the bushes and some bushes have to hide off for the winter. Or I live everything goes dormant until spring. And normally our frost is the end of May. But also I just wanted to mention that you look amazing!

  21. Great information, Terri. I didn't know that about porridge oats, which is something that I'll have to start eating again. I put it off because I'm on a strict medical diet with lots of restrictions. Sugar is one of the culprits, along with honey or any kind of sweetener. I'm so used to doing without that I even make cakes using just flour, eggs, butter, milk and lots of almond flavouring and it's delicious. Anyway, I wasn't sure how porridge will stand up but I do have a new packet in my cupboard so I'll definitely start eating that again. I've no juicer, unfortunately, but it's something to bear in mind. Cheers and a happy new year. 🙂

  22. "Pea porridge hot, pea porridge cold, pea porridge in the pot nine days old." Nursery rhyme I grew up with from my mom when I was a wee lass. I think, she used to take my baby hands & clap them together in tempo to the rhyme (?). Not sure.

  23. I totally hate drinking greens….but you could make a Vegetable juice with everything plus and hide the taste of greens….😁 But under NO circumstances will I eat parsnips or rutabagas – yuck

  24. Blessings to You too Terri, what a lovely video and I really love the Lipstick you are wearing looks like Beetroot which is my fave colour of Vegetable , thanks for the lovely tips , we have one of those Juicers as my Darling likes to make His own Ginger Beer Magical Brew …love Juices with Carrot Apple Beets, Celery and Ginger …mmm now I want one hahaha xx from New Zealand Ps I love that Chef's books so colourful which is always a good start with food x
