  1. I did winter sowing for the first time last year. All my herbs did really well: lavender, tarragon, hyssop, horehound, oregano, and marjoram. Brassicas did ok and flowers did not do well at all.

  2. I did winter sowing last year with great success and will be doing again. I did many perennials, cool hardy flowers like snapdragons, tomatoes, peppers, kale, and many more. I did all of mine in milk jugs.

  3. Wow! Great seed haul. I placed 3 seed orders this year; Baker's Creek, MIGardener and Park Seed. I'm excited to get my seeds started; we're pretty close to 6-8 weeks before our last frost down here in SE Texas. I've wanted to try winter sowing, but I don't know if it will work here. We were 85 degrees at Christmas LOL! It has since cooled off, but we keep warming up in between cold fronts.

  4. I'm in Iowa. This is my first year with a yard that I can have a garden!! I'm winter sowing a ton of things! I'm hoping it works!

  5. I would have preferred if you had featured your entire seed haul, instead of constantly stopping to ask for comments and subscribers. It's why I clicked on your video after all. Now I leave feeling like I fell for a clickbait.
