  1. Love roasting radishes! This is my favorite time of year when all our hard work starts producing great food! My chickens didn't get my radish leaves this year, we cooked them and ate them all! Love them! We do give them plenty of other goodies though!

  2. Wow Tina – some of those radishes are hughs(dont know how to spell that word, sorry). Please show us or tell us how to roast radishes; I didnt know you could. I do love just eating them or putting them in salads. Have a great day- good to see you again this morning !!! Just wanted to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY – I know its soon, not sure what day sorry. Your friend grandma Katie in Oregon & God bless you both

  3. You are one hard workin' lady! I've never seen radishes like that in my life! That "scruffy" look is what a mother's love for her family and self looks like. You're good people. God bless you and keep you always.

  4. Beautiful Tina πŸ¦πŸŒˆπŸ‘.
    I've never had a Roasted Radish😱
    JO JO IN VT πŸ’•πŸ˜„

  5. You sure do like all kind of vegetables. πŸ˜‚ Unfortunately, not me 😒 Guess I'm a picky eater. Give me all kinds of potatoes. Chiefs-so sweet and hard to find, Yellow, Golden, Long Island, Russet bake, Reds, finger, sweet potatoes/yams etc. I can make them and use them in 100s of ways. Boiled, roasted, grilled, baked, mashed, into potato chips, all kinds of potatoe salads- I love Russian or German, soups, into stews, rippled deep fried, homefrys with oinions, potatoe sticks, plain frys etc. Aaaaaa, the potatoes. Heeee, heeeee. If I had a field, like your corn area, I would plant potatoes. They store great over winter also without freezer.
P.S. I've seen your potato raised bed crop video. It's not nearly enough for me. Same thing with apples 🍎. πŸ˜‹ G-D Bless. Learn to rest and relax a little more. Night Gracy. Go 🐟 fishing.

  6. Amazing, some of those radish's are the size of tennis balls. Wish I liked radish's,
I'd have a bulk package of those "Crunchy King" seeds coming right now. It's not
that I don't like radish's, I just don't crave them. Very nice haul Tina, about 45 days,
start to finish. What a grand success to start the year off! Spinach haul was great to.
    TYFS Tina, Mark and Rosa

  7. Wow that's dome radishes!!. Dang i feel like i am just learning. We haven't had hardly any luck with our radishes. Very disappointing. But try try again. You go girl. Awesome harvest. I am wondering if we need a more loose soil for ours and carrots. The easiest crops to grow and they just laugh at us saying no not gonna.

  8. 2 questions please. Where is a good place to find your metal raised beds and can you please do a tutorial on roasted radishes?

  9. I cant believe you have radishes that size! Thats amazing! And loads of spinach. Loved this video. Hugs and loves yall

  10. Do you not dunno your hot spinach into ice water to stop the cooking process after blanching? Helps it cool faster for storage.

  11. Thank you for sharing! Hugs and love to you and your family. β€οΈβœπŸ€— Have a beautiful and blessed week. God Bless β€οΈβœπŸ€—
