Yo 90, I inoculated my first 3 UB bagel ever. One of the bags was beautifully white at the view window; hard to the touch and all. However, when transferring the cake, it was brownish orange on one side. I haven’t seen that colour on any of the contam vids. Can you shed some light on this? Ty my good man.🤙

Awesome video. But coir is technically pronounced as "core" if someone really wanted to be dumb about it they'd pronounce it as "Kwah". Coir is a french word that means coconut.
Tried and true Go-to for me. Summers I’ll add some pasture-pasteurized horse manure I harvest from my buddies farm. But your CVG hands down never disappoints brother 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
