WORST Home Gets Transformation | Flip or Flop | HGTV

Tarek and Christina flip the worst home on the block in this Anaheim Hills neighborhood. With high profit margins in a desirable neighborhood this should be a slam dunk. Can Tarek and Christina renovate quickly or will a the strict HOA hold up this communal flip?

Flipping team Tarek and Christina have viewers on the edge of their seats as they purchase dilapidated properties for cash, sometimes sight unseen, and then renovate and flip them for resale. From the nail-biting purchase at auction, to the sometimes-exasperating renovations, discouraging showings and exhilarating sale, will they Flip or Flop?

  1. This is butt ugly all the way around… Why did the fence stay…. That bathroom with that nasty dark tile gave me a headache looking at it…hate it

  2. I am not a big Tarek fan, but I liked his bathroom more. The tile patterns in Christina's bathroom clashes and the beige/cream just looked washed out and not modern to me.

  3. I love Tarek and Christine, they are both very nice and down to earth and natural, no hype… Love them both 😇💖

  4. If Tarek only would let Christina design! Her ideas are almost always much better. And if he would only stop using crappy mulch instead of sod, they would both net a higher sales price!

  5. I can't believe they left a boob light fixture in the eating area, that couldn't have been Christina's idea.

  6. Both of these bathrooms are terrrrrrible. Those glass tile walls are just awful—no one in their right mind wants that. And those chandeliers aren’t any better—total PITA to clean, and what if the buyer is a guy? No wonder they got lowballed on the price. Buyers were probably knocking money off their offers so that they could gut both bathrooms and start over.

  7. A walkway from the driveway thru the gate to the front door is necessary. Otherwise, you're tracking in all that mulch. 🤷‍♀️

  8. The originality and creativity are underwhelming. Always the same…black/grey/white/modern. I think Christina is incapable of anything else.

  9. Hit 120k$ today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months, Started with 14k$ in January 2022😆

  10. Tarek's bathroom was awful! Way too much of that tile. Reminds me of when I swiped a spoonful of brown sugar and my mother made me eat a bowlful. bleh

  11. I wonder if Christina was in charge of the HOA in that neighborhood since the colors were grey and white. 😂
    1. I don't understand what they were thinking. They were confused as to where the front door was, but left it the exact same. 🙄🤔 Why not at the very least put in an opening and a walkway?!?!
    2. Neither bathroom looked nice. One was gaudy and one was boring.
    3. Why not take out more of that wall in the kitchen and just leave posts instead of that small passthrough?

Sorry, this was a big disappointment to me, especially considering the size of the house.

  12. It's only 2 bedrooms? Would have walled off the fireplace area and made it a study/guest room. The living area is so huge it would be an easy thing to do and you wouldn't miss it!

  13. This must be old, everything would be at least double now. Well, now that I'm seeing Frank, I know it's old.

  14. Now with the recent economy, To get Financial FREEDOM you have to be making money while you're asleep.

  15. Making money is an action. Keeping money is behavior. Growing money is knowledge. Growing your capital in a bear market is an art.
