  1. Dill is used heavily in Scandinavian cooking. You can add it to fish, sauces, pickling, in egg dishes and potatoes (mashed, boiled, fried).

  2. Dill on salmon with lemon, creamy cucumber and dill salad, dil potato salad = those are the ones that came to me when you said you needed inspo. 🙂

  3. Dill with smoked salmon & cream cheese. Add dill to Vietnamese fish soup will taste better. Dill is really good with fish.

  4. We use dill in a sour cream sauce with lemon zest, a squeeze of lemon juice and a touch of salt and put it on Salmon. our Gardyn is only a week behind yours but our plants haven't progressed as far, what are you using for nutrients and how much are you adding?

  5. Equal parts buttermilk, sour cream and mayonnaise (preferably Japanese mayo), with some fresh dill, Parsley, chives and a squeeze of lemon juice and garlic for homemade ranch.

  6. How well does this work if I want half of the things I grow to be tomatoes and peppers for salsa?

  7. Dill is good in tuna salad or on top of salmon. Its also good with cooked carrots and tzatziki sauce… Dill is just great! Many viewers comment the same 🙂
