$20!!! Pffffffffffft.
Great idea — I have been growing tons of extra lettuces every year to give to friends and neighbors. Now I going to make up some bowels and give them instead. It is even better then my fresh picked gifts. They get to pick it fresh when they want it. It also teaches them how it should be picked – one leaf at a time. NOT chopping and killing everything. Good video
Captn'
video is a bit basic for me now but its an awesome video for beginers.
I can see how your salid bowls would be a big seller! Good idea and good video. Thanks
Blair
Good job on the video. I like the idea of being able to keep the lettuce going for a long time. Mine got bitter in July when they were too large. Do you re-plant in the summer as well?
Blair
did you even watch the video…the first thing he talks about is how to harvest the bowls
@realredgod
fail……that comment was a year ago :/
I'd say the "fail" is yours since you're stupidity seems to be timeless.
20 bucks for one container hell no i can buy 3 containers some soil and seeds under 10 bucks and do it myself…..but great vid
Thanks @happyhobofilms – I feel the same way. =D
I hope you didn't pay money for the subtitles…
This video inspired me to create a salad bowl and it's been doing great. I harvest every 2 weeks or so because I like tender leaf salad. I have a nice bowl with lettuce and aragula. Very easy to grow in a self watering container.
LOL, that's right, they're awful ๐
That's so cool! Thanks for trying it out, and letting me know!! =)
You're very welcome. Thanks a lot for posting such valuable information ๐
good idea
I really tried watching this but the screwed up subtitles were so distracting.
This great you can plant own veggie big bowl and I wanted to start my own thank for the ideas
good luck with it – it's really quite easy and it's hard to beat fresh picked greens!
Did she ACTUALLY say soil from the ground will turn into concrete?!? FAIL! Move on to someone more intelligent.
There is no way you will get a tomato plant to grow in that "salad bowl". Rip off.
Hi. I am really impressed by this. I saw your clip a while back but this iscreally good. I commend you. Can I ssk a question? Jow do you water it…frequency and quamtity?
Thanks ๐
Thanks ๐
Hi, I'm a beginner gardener. My children and I are planting Tomatoes, scallions and Burpee pea. My scallions were planted in an old bin that held my children's markers in it and the Tomatoes came in a Pod like situation and were planted in an empty milk jug (plastic) but the peas were planted in froyo's medium size cups. My only question would be… once the peas start to grow can i leave them in the cup or should i place them in something bigger? And how much room does tomatoes need to grow properly?
where can I purchase bowl planters like that?
Can you do this with spinach, too? Still with lettuce but just add a few spinach in there? Will it grow?
very beautiful! what size are those bowls?
would this work with herbs?
Nice..!!
๐๐๐. This is stupid af. You can easily get a container, soil and seeds for less than $5. Either lazy or stupid people would buy something like that for $10 or $20.
