    Buying all that equipment is very expensive, but boy what an investment. Just think of all the uses it will get in the future as you build your new homestead.

    As a suggestion, when I make French Toast I put the egg mix in a pie plate, much easier to get the bread coated.

    Emailed you a keto Sourdough bread recipe, my husband said to try baking it at 350 F for up to 90 minutes, depending on the size of your loaf of course.

    You are making a whole lot of progress. I watch a lot of channels that show dashcam footage. One thing I see often is people who put the heaviest part of their trailer load at the back of the trailer which causes the trailer to fishtail and flip. Looks like you did the tractor load- heavy end to the back.
