Special thanks to our dear Patrons: Jesse, Bernadette, Theo, and Morgan for your outstanding support of this Beau Chateau!

You can help support our renovation projects by joining our Patreon Community and gain access to exclusive videos, updates and more!

Join us, Daphne and Ian, as we embark on our new chateau renovation projects! This week, we have family visiting for Christmas and get into the holiday spirit! We continue clearing the chateau property and visit Paris for the Christmas markets!

Our “beau chateau” (The 500-year-old, Chateau De Lesigny), is located near Paris, France. Most of the structures around the chateau domain need a full restoration, so we are investing everything we have into making the property thrive! We are learning more about french culture and developing new skills along the way!

As a French/American UC Berkeley graduate in Agriculture (Daphne), and a U.S. Air Force Tactical Response Force Veteran/ Kinesiologist (Ian), we share a love for challenges and adventure. We have a long road ahead of us and we are excited to share the experience with you!

You can support our renovation projects by joining our Patreon Community, where you can also gain access to exclusive videos and behind the scene access with Daphne and Ian! All patron funding is used to renovate this historical French Chateau. Every patron is paramount to our chateau renovations and we thank you all tremendously!

  1. Seeing you guys with that precious baby was just something else! What a blessing to have your family with you for the Christmas holiday!

  2. I love it! I can’t wait for the next & more episodes. What a beautiful & happy Christmas🎄
Maligayang Pasko at Manigong Bagong Taon! Beau Chateau.
    Greetings from the Philippines!

  3. Je crois que voir le Beau château à travers les saisons c'est génial. Mais là, les images en hiver lui donne un charme encore plus incroyable.

  4. Just pull the ivy down and pour common house salt on the roots I can assure you the ivy will not grow again but don’t let the salt go onto your grass verge as the grass will not grow again either

  5. I’m not trying to get super personal but your grandfather who left you the chateau was he from your mother or father’s side of the family? Was your grandmother from your mother’s or your father’s side. If she was married to her was she just to overwhelm by keeping the chateau herself? Again not asking for personal information just family tree of who is who. Also do you Ian have any other siblings and do they think you are crazy to take all of this on 😮🫢🙃🙂?

  6. I would love to drain that moat and see what kind of cool artifacts lie on the bottom you know people have dropped stuff in the water.

  7. The storyline of each video, as well as the footage and sound, just keep getting better. This one really made me feel like I was is Paris for Christmas 💗 I love that you added the recordings of the street performers

  8. I think that nest might belong to squirrels . There’s something similar to that where I live , just North of Boston,Ma.

  9. I think what I love about your channel is the elegance in which it is produced. You are pros at what you do. In my opinion you are the best chateau channel on YT.

  10. Loved Ian playing coucou or cache cache with Sabrina even though I don’t know if he recognized what she was doing. Toddlers universally love it. Nice video entry with family.

  11. You two are amazing. Ian please remember not to over reach when you are on a ladder. Keep safe

  12. I just love your vlogs! They are beautiful, calming, and magical. And I never want them to end. Merci! It was lovely seeing your dad and his partner and your little sister! Hope your Christmas was magical…..

  13. Sabrina is a doll … "no hanky panky on my property". I love that you needle felted all your holiday decorations using Arcaia (spelling?). I also needle felt little figures. So glad your Dad and his family came for a visit.
