Tomorrow there will be a big community Festival at Solitude Farm ! The cafe will be providing dinner and my contribution to it, are a bunch of curry leaves from my garden! This is the beauty of community gardens where we all can share together and celebrate together!

    Curry powder was developed by a European man in an attempt to mimic the taste of popular Indian cuisine.
    Chilli powder is another example. That is a mixture of spices traditionally used in the Mexican meat dishes.
