I definitely would of stayed especially with all that equity and the other house was dated and over budget
In about 2 years time they will be renovating that big house for about $300'000 or regerting they didn't stay in their current home

I was shocked Hillary! what you did was impeccable truly, because their house before was kind of frumpy wow and you turned it into this spectacular modern exciting usable place, so I couldn’t believe it either the only positive would be if they asked you to decorate their new house then that would be perfect
What are going on with the episodes this season? I expect a new episode and don't see one for weeks but then see randomly one or two new ones recorded on my dvr. I've honestly lost so much interest in the show because it is so hit or miss when I can count on having an episode to sit down and watch.
