@BubbleBeet I have some white stemed chard here…and they are just too good lightly cooked in some butter.they are wat better than the spinach I had before they got big enough to eat. Ho I hope mine bolt too !
@BubbleBeet I like that spinach grows before the chard, and the chard right when the spinach bolts. but as far as taste goes…I prefer spinach raw and chard cooked 😉
