Be More Feminine In A Masculine Environment | 7 Ideas To Try! | Leisha Leveling Up

Learn 7 ideas to try in order to be more feminine in a masculine environment! I have tried these to feel more feminine in masculine environments such as work or other job roles and places that are more masculine in nature. Something I aim to remember each day on this journey to level up my life with elegance and femininity is that it can be a process to rediscover what is a part of my natural being. There is no need to overthink living life in a way that displays more grace, softness, nurturing and other feminine qualities. There are so many layers to this topic, many of which I am still learning about and determining my beliefs around how they benefit my level up journey within our modern society. With that, I hope that you enjoy this video and these ideas that I have tried so far and found helpful to me. Thank you for watching!

  1. Thank you for watching! I enjoy being here to share and connect. If you have other ideas or experiences to share and discuss, I also enjoy reading your thoughts to add to what I am learning. Additionally, my apologies for some of the video being out of focus. I dropped my camera lens a few weeks ago and I do not have a replacement lens yet. Maybe Santa will bring me one! 💞

  2. Dear Mrs. Leisha,
Thank you so much for spreading this good message! I learned the hard way being in a very masculine work environment how destructive it was to behave in a masculine manner.
It’s a wonderful feeling stepping into your femininity and tapping into the untouched influence a woman has in her natural state.
I find it very interesting how most of the “toxic masculinity“ usually comes from the modern feminist movement.
I am here celebrating traditional women with you!
    Sincerely,
    Mrs. Claiborne

  3. I love that you promote being feminine but also that we women can be accomplished and talented at the same time. I also love that you are like me – the primary caregiver but also do some work from home. Do you intend to homeschool your daughter when she is old enough?

  4. Love your videos Leisha❤ I work in tech and I try to actively hang out with my female friends and ‘switch’ back when I get home.

I love your updates but I don’t think this shirt is your colour. You usually look so much better in richer tones❤

  5. This is great! People should be able to live how they want to live without shame. Femininity definitely has a negative outlook in today's environment. We need balance in this world or suffer the consequences. A majority masculine leaning society creates a lot of problems connecting with one another

  6. Love your list and helpful video. I enjoy cultivating gift ideas, such as candles, food, and usable items ( tea towels, cookware, and gift cards)
The softer side brings inner calm and that is worth nurturing.

  7. I love being a feminine, nurturing, calm, and loving human being. I truly believe that women are so magical not only because they have the ability to give life but also because they bring beauty and balance to a world that otherwise would be quite harsh. We are meant to bring peace and love. I believe you made excellent points in your video.
About 30 years ago, I interviewed for a high-level management job in a company that provides services for crude oil pipelines. This field is heavily male-dominated and the CEOs and CFOs conducting the hiring interviews were not shy to share that the only reason they were having second thoughts about offering me the job was the fact that I was a woman, thus their concern that I would not hold enough authority over male subordinates. I laughed and told them that I can't change the fact that I am a woman, and I don't plan to become a man anytime soon😀. And I got up, said a nice goodbye, and left the room. They eventually decided to hire me and I'm just going to say that my daily attire in the office was a skirt suit and high heels although I had sweatpants and rubber boots in the trunk of the car for moments when I had to go on the oil fields or rough terrain. And while my colleagues were in a constant competition of being the loudest and most boisterous (just as you said), when I'd open my mouth with my soft voice, they all would become quiet and listen. I can only speak from my own experience and perspective and I will say that a woman can have it all without trying to be like a man. Although sometimes I need a man's hand to open a jar of pickles, and that's okay.🤣
