ANNOUNCEMENT: Fig Cuttings Now Available To YOU! Here's How To Get Them

This is the OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: I have fig cuttings for sale from my fig trees on my Figbid account at the following link: https://www.figbid.com/Listing/Browse?Seller=TheMillennialGardener Cutting listings go live on DECEMBER 26, 2022, at 5:00PM EST.

All fig tree cuttings were taken on December 22-23, 2022. Each cutting is 6-10 inches long and will contain at least 3 nodes. They were gently sanitized in a 9:1 (water:6% bleach concentrate) solution and air-dried to clean them and improve shelf life. Due to the severe nationwide December cold snap, all fig cuttings currently listed are my total supply for the season. No further listings will be made.

Upon order and receipt of payment, cuttings will be shipped USPS Priority flat rate. Please note I can only ship within the continental United States. I cannot ship beyond US borders or to AK or HI due to laws and transit times.

  1. Too many to choose from. Which one has best chances for Central Texas zone 8? Thin limestone soils with bimodal rainfall seasons spring and fall.

  2. I wanted to get 6 cuttings and ended up having to pay 3 invoices, since FigBid did not allow me to buy more than 2 at a time. Will they all be able to be sent together in one package?

  3. oh no! looks like FigBid is PayPal only, I killed my paypal account last year when they reinstated the $2500 'automatic fine' for speech they did not consider 'PC". I thought this was outrageous. Love your videos, I am a big fan of yours!

  4. I just wanted two cuts but I inadvertently placed an order for four cuttings. Want to remove the second order. How do I go about to adjust my order?

  5. Where can I find more info on which figs will do well in my area….. Pittsburgh area zone 6ish? Thanks!

  6. I guess you will do a video on what to do with these cuttings once they arrive?

  7. Will you accept anything other than PayPal? I do not use PayPal but have Venmo or could provide a credit card.

  8. I have no idea how to root a cutting but I will look it up. Looking forward to my figgy tree.
