My crazy neighbor demanded I sell her my property! When I refused to do so she claimed that my garden is part of her land! When I called her out on her lies she got into a bulldozer and destroyed my property!

YOU DON'T CALL THE COPS, THERE'S NO ONE TO BLAME BUT YOURSELF…… SERIOUSLY NO PAPER WORK ABOUT IT FOR COURT AND YOU ARE FUCKED.
Are fences a blight on homes in a certain country country π€ is there something about not knowing where you property ends. Good fencing promotes good neighbours
I don't believe story 4 is real based on the simple fact that even as a colonel he would have some Richard barking orders at him from time to time, never mind when he was younger. Not used to people ordering him to do things my butt.
@4:06 "Hannah asked if she should call the police and I said no because I was afraid it would only escalate the situation further." You should have listened to Hannah.
Wedding Reception story: It was YOUR WEDDING? It was your and YOUR HUSBAND'S WEDDING!!! She was definitely an Ahole since she didn't discuss it with her husband!
π π π π π π π π π π±
Story 3: the one with the wedding I would say it is a 50-50 split everyone's the jerks because OP made her rules clear that she did not want a random person she didn't know at her wedding and I don't blame her. Her husband's friend is kinda a jerk for not telling her or at least asking her if it was okay if he could bring his girlfriend over to the wedding, Her husband is also a jerk for not supporting his wife on her choice of asking the friend's gf to leave.
Call the cops
It is the groomβs wedding, also.
The bride is an epic AH. How did anyone think she was marriage material?
I really like Yue's story. Thanks again Ripe. Bride is a butt. See you tomorrow
I believe her name is pronounced "Yu-ay"
Bridezilla at its finest most definitely the number AHOLE
love the lawn mower!

Merry Christmas everyone…
Hi ho it off to court I go to have him slapped for trespassing and destruction of property including the cost of the lost garden produce? Hopefully the judge cuts Karen's nose off
Whilst employed as a gardener and using the ride on mower, a front door on the opposite side to me opened and a largish dog came out onto the lawn on an extendable leash. It was jerked to a halt, whereby it deposited a huge dog turd on the lawn. Rubbed its feet in the grass and was yanked back in. I crossed over, using a trowel i carried, i picked up the turd and carefully placed it on the front doorstep and carried on mowing. Delighted to say the "Lady", of the house stepped out right onto it, direct hit, right in the middle of it. I could hear the screams from where i was on the opposite side, doing my best to not laugh. The dog got admonished, but i didn't care as my sister-in-law went blind in her left eye by contracting Toxicara Canis which is an eye infection, carried on worms that are carried on dog shit, that she unknowingly made contact with on a lawn, in a park. You may use if you wish.

Story 1. Seriously, is OP's IQ in negative digits? The police should have been called the first time the fence was moved and definitely while the bulldozer was there. Either the OP is too mentally limited to he allowed outside an institution, or the story is fake.

Yue might be a Japanese ancestry name, in which case it would be pronounced "yoo-ay". But a name spelled like that might be pronounced totally differently in other languages and cultures, and I can't tell from just the story.
Hints for a showcase lawn
1 Get rid of the rotary mower. The spinning blade tears the top of the blades of grass, making it look ragged.
2 Buy a Reel type mower, this type mower leaves each blade with a nice clean cut. This is the type mower used on golf courses.
3 This is more problematic.
Look around your area and see if t gf ere is a company that sells nice rich earth that results from earthworms being used to breakdown rotted leaves and possibly manure.
This rich soil is also called worm casings. During the summer you can put the worm casings in a large container, add well or non-chlorinated water mix and let settle for a few hours. Pump or syphon off the water and spray your lawn with it. Do not use any other fertilizer or anything. This will result in a fast growing lawn.
Using the Reel type mower and the best natural fertilizer will result in a golf course worthy lawn. Removal of crabgrass should be done manually.
Use of chemicals to kill it will damage the other grasses.
yue is pronounced how its written so yu with the sound of you e as a short e sound
big mistake not calling the cops when she crashed through your fence
it has already escalated to the point where police are necessary
I just wanted to throw my own two cents into the pot for this, you always ask us to comment on the AITA posts but I think it would be nice to hear your own thoughts on those stories on if the people are in the wrong or just the story in general.

Subdivision does not always mean HOA. It's just a section of streets/neighborhood, often where all of the houses were built by one company. In recent years many builders do set up HOAs in their new neighborhoods but not all do.
S1 Honestly, Karen doesn't seem like a good candidate for an inpatient mental institution sentence. Frequent outpatient care with medication as appropriate, or at most a supportive community (such as an apartment with a psych nurse or sinilaron staff) or a halfway house.
Police and the courts often look at this sort issue through the lens of: should I make an arrest here? Should I seek involuntary psychiatric commitment here? Other options are often ignored in favor of the most common sentences.
S3 Honestly, some people treat retail workers as something they own because they're spending money in that store. "Your job is to service me" straight up sounds like she's demanding you get on your knees. Also, making someone work off the clock is uncompensated labor, and the Department of Labor is very interested in any such stories. For some reason, the people who demand you work anyway never want to shell out for wages or DoL fines.
second story: sounds like a good manager to work for, not accepting bs from the guests
i work in a hotel if you did that to many times you would likey be fired
Bridezilla story, I'm actually very curious as to what she really said to the friend since he's not answering the husband's texts. Hopefully he wasn't in an accident either. Either way, though, op better be careful if her marriage wasn't consummated as that's a way to annual the marriage, which the husband should consider.
I loved the lawnmower story: subtle, no permanent damage to anything, perfectly proportionate mini revenge.

OP who threw their husbands friend and the friend's guest are TA. OP claimed it was "her" wedding. No, it was her AND HER PARTNERS wedding. If my partner did this I'd ask for an annullment immediately.
In story 3 looking at it from the individual perspectives of the bride, the groom, and the friend I think they are all an AH in this situation. Here's why:
BRIDE: slight AH because she could have made an exception due to travel reasons and the fact that this was the groom's long time friend. Then instead of going and talking to the friend herself she had someone else do it which is an AH move for three reasons:
1) it looks like both bride and groom can't be bothered to kick the new gf out so the friend gets pissed and leaves too.
2) we don't know exactly what was said to the friend so for all we know the friend could have either been rude or kicked both out.
GROOM: slight AH as they both agreed to not having strangers at the wedding yet the bride told him it's ok to let the friend bring his girlfriend he was with when they reserved seating yet the groom doesn't specify that the plus one was specifically for her and no one else. Then there's also the fact that he just brushed off how it made the bride feel instead of at least trying to be diplomatic about it.
FRIEND: Massive AH more for the third reason than the first two:
1) He was told he could bring "the plus one" was specific to the ex not the new gf. Then literally two days before the wedding he changes gf and decides not to ask the bride and groom if this is ok.
2) he decides to walk away from the wedding without even talking to the groom who is his supposed to be his best friend.
3) he ghosted his supposed best friend over the first reason
I understand being pissed at the bride and groom but to just walk out of groom's life without saying anything is more petty than the bride not letting both stay.
Everyoneβs the asshole, this could of been avoided had they all discussed this before the wedding day.
OP essentially kicked out her husbands friend, and the husband and friend never discussed the change with the OP at all.
If something happens to your original plus one you need to inform the hosts beforehand, and when kicking a guest out of an event (assuming no disorderly conduct has taken place, or some sort of extenuating circumstance) you need to discuss this with the other hosts.
This lack of communication doesnβt bode well for the longevity of their relationship.
If Karen thought the property lines were incorrect, why didnβt she just use legal means? β¦Oh right, she knew it wasnβt right and was just trying to steal the property.
Last story: βObvious the HOA hasnβt read many Reddit storiesβ Obviously not, Reddit didnβt exist 36 years ago.

Anyone approaches my property with a piece of construction equipment they will be met with a shotgun especially when they know there truss passing
