[1990] Kiko Cibrian / KIKO (Full Album)

One of my top-10 favorite albums of all time from Grammy award winning guitarist Kiko Cibrian. This CD is nearly impossible to find as it is so rare these days. I used to own a cassette copy, which stopped playing long ago, so it was amazing to hear this album again after so many years. Everything on this rare CD is outstanding from the compositions to the killer mix, and this one received HEAVY airplay back in the day. An easy 10/10 for me…

1. Connect The Dots 0:00
2. Pemex 4:44
3. Only Lover 10:03
4. The Call 14:24
5. Stork The Ice Bird 19:28
6. Kiss Me Goodbye 24:27
7. So Very Hard To Go 28:54
8. Victoria 33:16
9. Maybe Tomorrow 37:24
10. The Plan 42:42

  1. This album was actually released in 1992 by Silver Strand Records. Label that founded by Bob Mansueto and Jimmi Mayweather (RIP). Mansueto (A Coronado dentist who also a very good singer/guitarist) also released very good album named "Like A Stranger" (That have guest like Joe Pass, Larry Carlton) in this album.

Unfortunately I think Silver Strand closes after released these two albums, And Mansueto have a lot of legal trouble in recent years.
