From Grain to Loaf – part 1. Ancient grain? Gluten-free? There is a lot of conflicting information out there about this grain we call Wheat. All these questions led us on a journey learning about wheat and also making our own bread. This episode is the first in a mini series which we’ve called, “From grain to Loaf” and in this episode, we will be looking at wheat, exploring some common issues, demystifying things surrounding this topic and sharing why we started milling our own flour, making our own bread and even growing wheat.
