For the mezzanine area, why not use it for fruit trees? and then add some meat wall too? you can add stairs to go up for the employees (remember to lock the apartment door).
where you moved the table put something music like a guitar. and the upstairs area make it an indoor full-on garden to grow more food and maybe add bees.

It's kind of funny, I'm sick right now with corona, so I'm binge-watching the Bigwallets from the beginning, and I just started to watch Sir and Little's endeavors and now Addison is trying to do the same. They must have read the family chronicles and have gotten inspired.
A "try to play" is a much more fitting format for Sims content. xD Compared to say a "let's play" due to the xpac bugs piled on top of previous unfixed xpac bugs, untop of prev… ont…..
