What is the name of the fertilizer that you mentioned in the video? thanks
I’m doing strawberries for the second time this year, however I’m mainly putting them in the ground. Although I’m gonna try some bigger pots. Hopefully I’ll have better luck this year!
Can't wait to see how they fill in, yummy!
I grew a lot of strawberries and had a great strawberry bed. Then my parents decided to move.
Nice to have a helper in the garden 🌱
I just put my strawberries in a smart pot bed this afternoon…I wish I had such a great little helper as you have. My strawberries were bare root and hope I planted them correctly. Do you know can you grow strawberries indoors under a grow light? I put one in a 3 gallon smart pot any suggestions on how to make this a success…thanks so much!
Strawberries are my favorite also. Enjoy them Junior!
What are your favorite companion plants for strawberries?
Thank you! I have tried, not very successfully, for years to grow strawberries. Looking forward to having a good crop this year.
I had seedlings growing great. Planted from seed, and about 3 weeks old, then they died. 😮 dunno what happened. May have to try again.
I can't wait to grow strawberries this year. My plants died last year so fingers crossed they do well this year!
I've been telling my wife that I want to start a small strawberry patch for our middle child. Her favorite fruit is strawberries.
I love how your son is working side by side with you. I learned a lot from this video. I did not know there were different types of strawberries. Guess because I've never tried growing them I only assumed location was the only difference.
Yesss such good timing, I just picked up a few little strawberry plants from the Scissortail Farmers Market this weekend that I can't wait to get planted!!
Just bought some strawberries 🍓. Can't wait to get them in myself. ~ Laurie
Do you put straw around the plants?
Also, planting strawberries in a 50-gallon grow bed🍓. I put green onions and borage with them.
This will be my 3rd year growing strawberries and my first having everbearing. We eat a lot of them, too.
We just love strawberries we put into big patches last year.
I'm hoping to grow strawberries this year, wish me luck 🤞
Thanks! Learned something I never thought of before! Plant both type bearing strawberries!
Last year I started my own strawberry’s from a strawberry just to see if they would come up and there up array this spring. Just trying to figure out what kind of container etc to put them in
Love that your kids work in the garden with you! 😍
