I just discovered ' small rock garden ideas.' I have a HOT side of my house and I'm thinking either rock garden or succulent garden. I have several lovely rocks here and know where to get small decorative colorful stones. But where do I get amounts of decorstive glass for garden decor.? I esp liked a succulent garden using pieces of blue glass to mimic the look of a meandering stream. Or a meandering stream through a rock garden! HELP! Thx
Amazingly beautiful creations. Inspirational, in fact. I have just created a small rock garden in the corner of my otherwise-boring, flat, geometrically-shaped, (the result of being a retired design engineer!) bark-covered front garden area of about 9 ft x 12 ft. A few alpine plants with a covering of white limestone chippings to hopefully show off the greenery and coloured flowers as they develop. As Alan Titchmarsh commented on "Love Your Garden" this week, rockeries might have fallen out of fashion lately but maybe a good time for their come-back. If so. I agree. Thanks for showing!
