  1. I so enjoyed touring your farm! I loved how your daughter was following you around ♥️. I wasn’t raised on a farm, but my dad was a farmer before I was born. My mom said that with a second child (me) they needed a secure source of income so they sold the farm, Daddy got a job in a factory, and they moved to town. My husband was raised on a farm. I feel at times that I really missed out.

  2. I'll be moving into 23 acres in Georgia in the spring. What you've done there is exactly what I intend to build. How long did it take to get all that up and growing? What order should I build what?

  3. We are new to your channel, but wife and I enjoy your videos. We hope you keep up the good work.

  4. Your farm is amazing as well as beautiful. Organized, maintained, clean, etc, a lot of work that definitely pays off. I admire you both as a young couple that sees the importance of growing your own food & raising your own animals to be self sufficient for you & your family. Love your videos!

  5. Wonderful video!!! Appreciate the brief mention of alligators in the pond. I would really like to know how you live with them and keep family and animals safe, In my search for my property out there, I have had this above the alligator line mentality just don’t know how I would be able to handle it. The occasional story of a lady trying to rescue her dog ending badly. Anyway everything you do seems thriving and bountiful. Merry Christmas to all!🎄😊

  6. Your family is so blessed to have your farm. We're in Texas and we've been looking for a similar property, however, land prices have skyrocketed. Thanks for your content.

  7. Enjoyed the video. I must must admit that I miss seeing Misty, the kids and the farm. I’ve been with you guys for some time, in fact I remember seeing the video where you lost the sheep in the storm, I can’t believe it’s been 2 years already! Have a Merry Christmas

  8. Your farm is so amazing!!!!!!! Especially in the state of our world right now, you and Misty are so incredibly blessed to have created this farm for your family!

  9. Awesome video Colby! I love your property and your whole set up!
    Omgosh Misty’s greenhouse is amazing!
Sorry to hear about your dairy cow.

  10. The layout is awesome and I like the style! How intense is raising pigs and piglets, are they on the easy side or do they try to get out all the time ?

  11. What a blessing to see this beautiful God given farm. This is the fruit of your labor. Thank you for all the tips, knowledge, and wisdom. May the Lord continue to bless y’all abundantly in all areas of your lives.

  12. I'm not kidding when I say that the market crash and high inflation have me really stressed out and worried about retirement. I've been in the red for a while now and although people say these crisis has it perks, I'm losing my mind but I get it Investing is a long-term game, so focus on the long run.

  13. Being a Newbie here, I really appreciated and enjoyed that tour around your farm. It is FANTASTIC. As a retired metal-detectorist, I have been fortunate to have access to many UK farms (nothing better on a fine day, around the farm animals, fresh air, lovely scenery, exercise, free-range eggs, etc, very therapeutic) but none comparing to this. You are most Blessed. You mentioned alligators in the lake, They would not be welcome around all the fish (or livestock) and I wonder what you did about those? Alligator broth, perhaps 🙂. I would not even know if 'gator or croc meat is edible.

I did not see any, but, one unusual animal to be increasingly seen on our farmland (sadly, lots being lost for housing developments, farmers retiring) is the alpaca – a most unusual creature to our eyes. Having just installed, and insulated (-7 last week), a 6'x8' greenhouse, I will be looking up your greenhouse vids. With all that to keep on top off, I am surprised you find time to do all these prepping videos, but thanks!

  14. Thanks for the farm tour!! It looks amazing!! What a wonderful blessing for your family. Merry Christmas to you all!

  15. What wonderful peace of property. Nice and flat and easy to manage. I'm super jealous.
Up north we have to attend with blizzards and subzero temp, which make our growing season super short. I planted my garlic, in October but it won't be able to harvest until August. We would have to heat our green houses so that's not feasible and our animals need a barn at night to come in or days where the temps don't reach even zero. Which can be a total of about 4 weeks throughout the winter. And our winters start in Oct and last until mayMay. Besides that all that, our summers are the most beautiful in our country.

  16. I took even the concept of retirement off of the table years ago. I'm 59 today, so "retirement" is not far away. I plan to work til I go home to be with the Lord.

  17. Thanks for making me feel warm as we hunker down for an Iowa blizzard. Beautiful farm.

  18. Thank you so much for sharing your paradise with us! I always thought you had to have hundreds of acres to have a successful operation but you have definitely made my dream a little closer to reality knowing that you don't have to have a TON of land. Everything you have done is absolutely amazing! What do you all do to try to combat predators for your animals since they are out? And to keep those pesky racoons and rabbits out of your gardens?

  19. Blessings, beautiful farm but I know there is a lot work! We just have a garden and sometimes is hard for us!
QUESTION do you sell any seeds? Thank you!

  20. Nice farm you have been working hard for many years and have learned a lot of skills . God Bless you and your family .

  21. I'm so sorry to hear about your dairy cow. I know things happen, but I also know how hard it is when it does.

  22. Wow! How in the world do you hold an outside job, raise your large family and do all the work that’s required for your farm and gardens-not to mention also having time to instructional videos together?!! You and Misty must have superhuman powers!
